What is data management?
There are lots of complex definitions of what data management actually is. But here at Plug the Gap, we believe it’s much simpler.
Good data management ensures that your data is stored in a way that allows you to review it, remove it and use it in the easiest way possible. Similar types of information are stored in similar ways and end users don’t need to add their own interpretation onto anything.
Unfortunately, we know that this is rarely the case. Plug the Gap can review specific areas of data management that might be causing a problem or review whole processes. From this point we are able to provide as much or as little as you want, from a report detailing the issues, the impacts and possible solutions, right up to a full service solution that could include taking all your data, restructuring it and then putting it back where it came from.
